Frequently asked questions

Plain answers.

Aurmora is a private cosmetic self-tracking app, not an AI scanner, shopping marketplace or medical service.

What is available now?

The product shelf, one ordered AM and PM routine, Product Proof, Routine Journey, guided references, check-ins, a timeline, basic comparison, privacy controls and eligible decision reports are available in the app build. Public iPhone distribution is a separate release state.

What is Product Proof?

A structured personal tracking cycle for one declared cosmetic change. The surrounding routine remains visible and material extra changes weaken or prevent product-level support.

What if several things change?

Use Routine Journey. It records several changes but never attributes the result to one product.

Is Aurmora medical care?

No. Aurmora does not diagnose, treat or prevent a condition, interpret prescriptions or laboratory results, or replace qualified care.

Does Aurmora upload progress photos?

No. Progress photos remain in the encrypted local app vault unless you choose to export them.

Does Aurmora use external AI analysis?

No. Aurmora does not send progress photos to external AI analysis in the current Aurmora app.

What stays free?

The owned-product shelf, one AM and PM routine, one active cycle, photos, timeline and basic comparison remain available without payment.

Can I restore a Decision Pass?

A Decision Pass is consumable and is not represented as restorable across devices after consumption.

How is pricing shown?

Apple shows the current localized price, billing period and required terms before purchase.

Where can I report a barrier or security concern?

Use the dedicated Accessibility or Security route so the request reaches the correct process.
