Terms of Use

These terms govern the Aurmora website and iPhone app provided by Vikassh Dalal, trading as Aurmora.

Cosmetic self-tracking only

Aurmora supports adult cosmetic self-tracking. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, treatment service, emergency service or substitute for qualified professional advice.

Your responsibilities

• Confirm product and formula information before relying on it.
• Follow product labels and qualified advice.
• Stop using a product and seek appropriate help when a concerning reaction occurs.
• Do not use the service to diagnose another person or upload another person’s information without authority.

Local data

The app is accountless and local-first. You are responsible for device access and chosen exports. Support cannot restore private local records after device loss, app deletion or factory reset.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases. Decision Pass is a consumable one-time purchase. Aurmora Plus is offered with monthly or annual auto-renewable billing when the applicable product is available in your App Store version. Apple displays the current localized price and terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple subscription settings.

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app.

Service changes

Features may change to protect safety, privacy, evidence quality or legal compliance. Material changes are communicated through the app, website or product-update list as appropriate.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple controls App Store billing, cancellation and refund processes.
